8:55 p.m. : The New York Times reports Bacon leading 52 percent compared to Eastman’s 48 percent.

8:30 p.m. : Eastman arrives to applause and a crowd singing “Happy Birthday”.
Eastman said, “Win or lose this campaign has changed politics in America.”
8:15 p.m. : The room is filling up quickly. Eastman is expected to arrive soon.
6:30 p.m. : The Omaha Design Center is home base for the Kara Eastman Campaign on this election night. Members of the press have arrived and Eastman is expected to arrive within the next hour.
