Dierks Bentley visited Omaha at the CHI Health Center on Saturday night making a stop on his burning man tour. The sold-out arena was ready to party with Bentley, singing along to classic songs with the DJ before he took the stage.
Before Bentley came, Jon Pardi opened up for him, getting the audience warmed up. Pardi played all of his hits including “Heartache on the Dance Floor”, “Head over Boots” and “Dirt on my Boots”. He also played his current radio hit “Night Shift”.
Bentley opened his show playing the tour headline song “Burning Man” and one of his numerous number one hits “Somewhere on a Beach.” This got the crowd engaged and energized the crowd.
The setup of the stage was basic with a rounded front with a large area for the lead singers of the four acts playing to run around a have fun with the crowd. Bentley however, had a large backdrop screen for animations for different song. The two pictures are of Bentley performing “Burning Man” and then “Somewhere on a beach”
Bentley overall put on a great show and gave his fans a great party to go to. Some credit needs to go to the fans who came to the CHI Health Center and sold out the arena. They also created the electric environment Saturday night and I expect Bentley will want to come back to Omaha because of it.
