Hayden Miller is just like any other member of the UNO Men’s basketball team. He participates in practice, weights, conditioning, study hall hours and travel.
However, while most members of the team do not have to pay for school or any other expenses because of their full-ride scholarship, Miller is responsible for paying his own tuition and completing all of the requirements for the team as well.
While it is rewarding being a member on a Division I basketball team, it can become stressful for walk-ons who do not reap all of the benefits.
