LINCOLN, Neb. – Pinnacle bank arena held its first ticketed event since the mid-March shut down, due to COVID-19 pandemic.
It hosted the Professional Bull Riders (PBR) Unleash the Beast Tour, this was not originally scheduled to stop in Lincoln. It replaced the planned event that was originally scheduled to go down in Tampa, Florida.
“It’s great, it’s a start for us to start doing more things than just sitting at home,” says Crissy Delp who was happy to hear there was an event in town.
The pandemic did not stop rodeo goers from coming out and enjoying a good time.

One could see western gear in full display for those going to the rodeo.
2019 Professional Bull Riders Rookie of the year Dalton Kasel, who did not attend the event due to injury. He said this event is, “A clash of the titans, the top 35 bull riders versus the top 35 bulls.”
This will mark the first-ever PBR Unleash the Beast event in Lincoln. This stop comes nearly a month before the PBR World Finals.
Pinnacle bank only allowed fans in at 50 percent capacity, with pod seating to follow social distancing regulations.
